MOUNT TAYLOR

HOW TO GET THERE – Near the first gate on the Horse Paddocks road off Athllon Drive close to Sulwood Drive. (Yellow Pages Map 78 G14). Park off the Horse Paddock road before the gate.

Long Course 7.0K, Short Course 3.5K

The Start/Finish for both courses is on the walking track near the gate at the crest of Athllon Drive.

The Short Course follows the track up the hill for 1.75K to a point near a tennis court on the right, then returns to the start.

The Long course continues past the Short Course Turn and turns right at about 2.8K, then follows the fence behind the Pearce houses towards Macfarland St. before Macfarland St the course turns left and follows the fence behind the Chifley houses to join the track to the resevoir, completes a loop and returns on the main track and to the start.
