Relevant provisions of the club constitution

Part I Section 2

The objectives of the club shall be to encourage and to promote athletics for men and women 30 years of age and over.
 
Part III Section 13 (a) – (d)

The committee:

•    Will control and manage the affairs of the club;
•    Has the power to perform all such acts and do all such things as appear to the committee to be necessary or desirable for the proper management of the affairs of the club.

Policy statement

In accordance with Parts I Section 2 and  III Section 13 (a) – (d) of the ACTVAC constitution, the Committee adopts the ‘Anti-Doping Rules’ of World Masters Athletics (WMA) as the ACTVAC Anti-Doping Rules. The WMA ‘Anti-Doping Rules’ are based on the IAAF's rules and are available on the WMA web site at http://www.world-masters-athletics.org/files/anti doping/Anti-Doping_Rules-2009.pdf.
